  1. I’m always a little uneasy when I see the pods for sale in the flower market…but they’re so pretty! Pretty poison pods…wonder what my liability is if I sell them?

  2. I think it’s castor bean also. Totally native & all over our Southern CA hillsides! mt Mom said they had one right outside their back door when they were kids & they used to play with the beans!

  4. These grow wild all over Los Angeles, all along the freeways. It amazes me that Homeland Security has missed them!
