Trastevere Bar 6×6

This little corner bar in Rome’s Trastevere neighborhood is waiting for you to come along and take a seat. It’s a good vantage point from which to sketch–I wish I was there right now!  This is gouache, colored pencil, and paint pen on paper.

This painting measures 6 x 6 inches. The paper is high-quality 140 lb watercolor paper measuring 7×7 inches.

Paintings are signed on the back in pencil. Some of my paintings are done on-site, which means that the paper may have slight scuffs or very minor blemishes around the edges or on the back. That’s just part of the process of working outdoors.
