Roman Afternoon 2 5×5

A Roman afternoon, painted in ink and watercolor. I love this water-soluble ink because it makes it look like the whole scene might just wash away. I also did an oil painting of this same scene.

5 x 5 inches, ink and watercolor on paper. The paper itself measures 7 x 7 inches.

Paintings are signed on the back in pen. Some of my paintings are done on-site, which means that the paper may have slight scuffs or very minor blemishes around the edges or on the back. That’s just part of the process of working outdoors.
