Most Famous View in San Miguel

This is really is the most famous view in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico! It has everything going for it–the church, the narrow colorful street, some palm trees–I took a picture of this view every time I walked past, and when I came home, I saw this very picture on an advertising poster in a fancy shop in my neighborhood. Apparently everybody loves it. I’ve painted it before and I’m sure I’ll paint it again.

4 x 6 inches, ink, and watercolor on paper. The paper itself measures 5 x 7 inches.

Paintings are signed on the back in pen. Some of my paintings are done on-site, which means that the paper may have slight scuffs or very minor blemishes around the edges or on the back. That’s just part of the process of working outdoors.
