I took this photo on a rainy day in the meatpacking district, which is of course not at all about packing meat anymore, and is instead about selling art. As always–it starts to rain, and I step outside with my camera and start looking for some umbrellas to paint. A bright blue umbrella is a gift–I just followed her around until I got the scene I wanted.
