Afternoon Magazine, Chicago

I just had so much fun doing an hour-long radio interview with Celeste Quinn at Afternoon Magazine in Chicago.  Look for it in the archives here when they get the January 25 program online.  Celeste is a very thoughtful host and her callers are amazing–a man who grew up in Germany called to talk about the different buying habits of European vs. American consumers, someone called to ask about environmental and labor practices,  and the son of a florist called to talk about how much the industry has changed.  Chicago is a real hub for the flower business–I’m looking forward to  meeting a lot of flower industry people at the event in Naperville on Jan. 31.
