Flower Confidential on Marketplace Money

A few weeks ago, I visited Marketplace’s Tess Vigeland right in her own backyard and we recorded a segment on gardening for the show.  It’s a finance show, so you’ll hear a lot of talk about getting the most bang for your buck.  I’ve already gotten one e-mail from a listener asking me to please not be so "opinionated" and "harsh" on the subject of annuals.

Opinionated?  Who, me?

  1. I love your opinions – they are great! ‘Flower Confidential’ is such a good read…
I hope you don’t mind if I add you to my ‘playing in the dirt’ links!

  2. I’m enjoying Flower Confidential too. I shall have to listen and see how harsh you are. Sweet peas? Cornflowers? poppies? – surely not

  3. I have a few opinions myself. Who doesn’t. Annuals are ideal plants for anyone who enjoys changing their garden every year. For me, that’s more work than I want to do but for others it is the fun part.
